Is alcohol permitted in the vehicle?
Yes. Passengers of legal drinking age (21+) are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages in the rear passenger cabin. We can provide ice and glassware upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Special event bookings (Weddings/Proms) require a 7-day cancellation notice.
Do the Sprinters have bathrooms?
No. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinters are configured for maximum seating capacity and luggage storage, and do not include on-board lavatories. We are happy to make comfort stops at your discretion.
Can I connect my own music?
Absolutely. All vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth connectivity and premium sound systems. You have full control over the playlist.
How are chauffeurs vetted?
Every Onyx chauffeur undergoes a multi-state federal background check, DMV record analysis, and drug screening. They are trained in corporate etiquette and sign strict NDAs.
