Service Policies
Reservations & Deposits
To secure a vehicle for a specific date and time, a valid credit card is required on file. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations
Standard Reservations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time are fully refundable (minus deposit). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable and will be charged the full fare.
Special Events: Cancellations for weddings, proms, or large group events must be made 7 days prior to the event date to receive a refund of the balance.
Cleaning & Damages
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental. The following fees apply:
- Spills / Stains: $100.00 minimum professional detailing fee.
- Glitter / Confetti: $250.00 clean-up fee (Strictly Prohibited).
- Bio-Hazard / Sanitation: $500.00 fee for bodily fluids (vomit). This fee is non-negotiable to cover hazardous cleaning and vehicle downtime.
Overtime & Wait Time
Airport: We provide a complimentary 60-minute wait time for commercial flights and 30 minutes for private FBO arrivals. Wait time exceeding this will be billed in 30-minute increments.
Hourly Service: Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Overtime is billed at the hourly vehicle rate in 30-minute increments.
Lost & Found
Onyx Executive is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. While we will make every effort to recover and return lost property, we assume no liability for phones, wallets, or personal items left behind.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Onyx Executive reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund if the chauffeur determines that the party is acting in a manner that endangers the safety of the vehicle or the driver. Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited. Possession or use of illegal drugs or underage drinking will result in immediate termination of the ride.
